Episode Overview
General contractor Tom Silva resolves a homeowner's squeaky stairs and swaps out a damaged baluster. Afterward, Tom joins plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, landscaping contractor Roger Cook, and host Kevin O'Connor to pose the question, "What is it?" Later, Richard assists a homeowner in avoiding potential flood damage by installing an automatic shut-off valve for her washing machine.
