Later, Kevin joins general contractor Tom Silva, landscaping expert Roger Cook, and plumbing and heating professional Richard Trethewey as they tackle the question, "What is it?" Following this, Richard assists a homeowner in setting up a backup sump pump that operates using municipal water pressure rather than electricity.
