Episode Overview
In Charleston, South Carolina, landscaping contractor Roger Cook assists a homeowner in repairing a drooping wooden gate. Following this, Roger teams up with plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, host Kevin O'Connor, and general contractor Tom Silva to ponder, "What is it?" Later, Tom lends a hand to another homeowner, replacing their old, drafty basement windows with energy-efficient alternatives.
