Episode Overview

Richard Trethewey, an expert in plumbing and heating, travels to Tampa, Florida, to assist a homeowner in cooling down his garage workshop with a ductless air conditioning unit. Following this, Richard teams up with landscaping contractor Roger Cook, host Kevin O'Connor, and general contractor Tom Silva to tackle the question, "What is it?" Later, Tom lends his expertise to a homeowner dealing with an unexplained leak in her living room ceiling, working to find a solution.
