General contractor Tom Silva assists a homeowner in putting balusters on a newly constructed staircase. Following that, Tom joins host Kevin O'Connor, plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, and landscaping expert Roger Cook to tackle the question, "What is it?" Later, Roger lends a hand to another homeowner as they work on installing a fresh stone footpath.
