Lana finds herself in grave danger when Adam coerces Tommy into developing a deadly weapon aimed at eliminating Superboy. As the stakes rise, the tension between the characters escalates, forcing each of them to confront their loyalties and the lengths they are willing to go to protect those they care about. With time running out, Lana must find a way to escape the clutches of Adam's manipulations before it's too late for Superboy and herself.
