Episode Overview
The Pasta Queen journeys through Puglia with her father, Tonino, stopping at an olive oil mill to explore the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Their adventure takes them to an ancient trabucco, a traditional fishing structure, where they uncover the historical methods used by Puglia’s coastal towns to catch seafood. In the midst of these experiences, Nadia prepares two mouthwatering dishes typical of the region: Focaccia Pugliese and Linguine Al Cartoccio.
