Episode Overview

To score a complimentary rocket scooter from the Protectorate, Dodgers and the Cadet must pose as participants at a rocket cycle rally on Planet Dakota. They quickly discover that the event is just a harmless fan club celebrating rocket cycles. Undeterred, Dodgers decides to transform these upstanding citizens into rebellious troublemakers.
