Emily has a friend named Whiff who has a passion for collecting trash. When the other engines mock her for her friendship, Emily resolves to manage the garbage herself. However, the load proves too heavy for her, and when she seeks assistance from the other engines, they all decline to help. Realizing that only one engine is willing to lend a hand, she turns to Whiff for support in tackling the mess.
