On the occasion of the Percival twins' birthday, Duncan prepares to treat them to their traditional birthday ride. While he is busy having his festive flag adjusted, the Thin Controller, Mr. Percival, comes by with an exciting update. He asks Duncan to head over to the Transfer Yards to pick up a hot air balloon. This year, the twins will celebrate their special day with a thrilling hot air balloon ride instead of the usual.
