Episode Overview

Emily is tasked with supervising Dash during their outing to the steam fair. Dash demonstrates how to create unique tweeting sounds using his whistle, but he becomes so enthusiastic that he exhausts his fuel and becomes immobilized. Meanwhile, Emily, forgetting her responsibility, ventures off to the fair without him. Will she realize her mistake and return to help her friend?
