Percy shares a spooky tale with Thomas and Toby about a ghost train, but Thomas dismisses it, calling Percy a "silly little engine." Percy's Driver later clarifies that the story was just a television show. That night, while returning from the Harbour, Percy collides with a lime cart stuck on the tracks, leaving him terrified. Now pale with fright, Percy enlists Toby’s help to seek out Thomas and give him a good scare, hoping to prove that ghostly tales might hold some truth after all.
