Percy enjoys watching the joyful postman, Tom Tipper, as he delivers mail in his trusty old van, which Percy happily assists with. However, Tom's spirits plummet when the Postmaster decides to retire his van and substitute it with a bicycle. In an unexpected turn of events, Percy finds a way to support his friend, though it happens in a rather unintentional manner!
