Frustrated with his partnership with Fred, Lamont decides to leave and takes a job at a competing junk collection business nearby. In the meantime, Fred begins his search for a new partner and eventually teams up with Norman, who kicks off their collaboration by bringing in a stuffed bear as his initial offering.
