Episode Overview

When Fred discovers that his new neighbor is Puerto Rican and intends to start a junk business, he's taken aback. Concerned about the competition, Fred devises a scheme to have the city condemn Julio's property, particularly because of the fact that Julio owns a pet goat. Fred's jealousy and determination to eliminate the rival business lead him down a questionable path.
