Episode Overview

Title: Once a Thief Plot: After being released from prison, Herman, a close friend of Lamont, finds himself without a home. Lamont offers him a room at the Sanford household. However, Grady, upon discovering Herman's criminal past, takes drastic measures by securing all the valuables in the house. In the meantime, Lamont manages to land Herman a job at Esther's hardware store, keeping his past a secret from her.
