Episode Overview

Julio's home has been converted into a boarding house named The Sanford Arms, run by Fred and Lamont. Their first challenge is to attract tenants, but they quickly find themselves overwhelmed by a wild assortment of characters. Among the newcomers are a prostitute, a former inmate, a free-spirited hippie, a newly married couple, and Hoppy's quirky mother, all bringing their own unique chaos to the house.
