Lucy and Vivian approach the town's richest doctor, hoping to persuade him to invest in Mr. Mooney's bank. However, the doctor misinterprets their intentions, believing they are participants in a hypnosis experiment. As a result, he accidentally regresses the girls to the mindset of five-year-olds.
