In his quest to become class president, Roy bends to the whims of his classmates. However, when Viv confronts him about his choices, Roy inadvertently expresses a desire to be a puppet. This leads them to participate in a talent competition called "The Dimm Factor," where Viv must step in to prevent Roy from losing Wanda and Cosmo for good.
