In an effort to show that Vicky's harshness stems from her loneliness, Viv makes a wish for Vicky to befriend the next person she encounters, who turns out to be Viv herself. Meanwhile, Roy decides to wish that he becomes Vicky's best friend as well, aiming to challenge Viv's belief and prove her wrong.
