Özer and Somer grow increasingly anxious as they realize they haven't heard from Rüçhan in ages. Their search leads them to both the police station and hospitals, where they stumble upon devastating news. Meanwhile, Türkan is paralyzed by fear of losing her daughter, preventing her from revealing the truth. The Kalender family is also engulfed in turmoil; on what should be one of Dönü's happiest days, she discovers that Serdar is married, leaving her uncertain about continuing her treatment. As Somer pursues the person responsible for his mother's suffering, Türkan finds herself facing a critical choice between confessing her guilt or fleeing with her daughter. Caught between her conscience and her maternal instincts, what path will Türkan choose?
