Mitchee is eager to purchase a condo in a sought-after area, but the cost is beyond her budget. She hesitantly invites Farrah to move in with her, but Farrah turns down the proposition. In another story, Alan and Lee decide on a budget for their anniversary present, but when Lee confesses she went over the limit, Alan becomes anxious about having to equal her expenditure.
