Farrah's scheme to charm the landlord into reducing their rent hits a snag when she discovers he has retired and been succeeded by his daughter. At the same time, Alan discovers he’s allergic to Lee’s new miniature horse, Tinkerbell, and confronts Lee about the decision to send the horse away to live on a farm.
