Harbucks Coffee decides to set up shop in South Park, threatening the survival of Tweek's coffee shop. To maintain his position, Mr. Garrison gives the class an assignment on current events. Meanwhile, the boys focus their report on the underpants gnomes. Tweek's dad concocts a plan to leverage their presentation as a way to rally the community against Harbucks. The boys' report ignites a movement in town, motivating everyone to take a stand.
