Ike is set to have a Briss, and everyone is welcome to attend! Stan, Kenny, and Cartman discover the true nature of a Briss and rush to inform Kyle that his parents plan to snip Ike's wee wee. In a panic, Kyle takes action and sends Ike away to keep him safe from his parents and their scissors.
