Episode Overview

Cartman believes he's hitting puberty after noticing blood coming from his rear end. Meanwhile, Dr. Mephisto hands Stan a bottle of hormones, which he ends up taking all at once. As a result, Stan starts sprouting facial hair, developing breasts, and his voice begins to shift. Outside Jesus' house, a crowd gathers, eager to witness a miracle, which turns out to be a surprise comeback show featuring an elderly Rod Stewart, followed by an unexpected visit from God himself.
