The kids are dreading the challenges of 4th grade. In a bid to escape, Cartman devises a plan to travel back to 3rd grade, where life was carefree and enjoyable. With the help of two nerdy friends, they modify Timmy's wheelchair into a makeshift time machine, sending Timmy on an unforgettable adventure through time!
