Mrs. Cartman organizes an intervention to address her son's weight issues and decides to send him to a fat camp. When Cartman comes back, he’s lost 40 pounds and starts selling candy to the other overweight kids. Meanwhile, Kenny is dared by his peers to perform outrageous stunts for cash, leading to a surge in his popularity and eventually landing him his own television show. In a bizarre turn of events, Kenny finds himself inside Ms. Crabtree's uterus for an astonishing six hours.
