Butters becomes anxious when he believes he can talk to spirits. Even though his parents have reassured him that ghosts aren't real, he's convinced that one is following him. Realizing he must rid himself of this ghostly companion or risk being sent to a mental health facility, Butters feels the pressure mounting.
