Catalina Catacall, the Catatonian shape-shifter, sneaks into the Freedom Fighter Headquarters on Mars and seizes Carbine. Her goal is to hack into the Biker Mice's computer system and steal Carbine's latest invention: the Surgerator, which amplifies the Regenerator's power by a staggering ten thousand times. Yet, Carbine proves to be a formidable opponent, and a fierce confrontation ensues between the two adversaries, with the fate of Mars hanging in the balance!
