The Biker Mice find themselves in a tough spot when the notorious Sir Richard Brand-Something rolls into town, aiming to secure a Regenerator for his own agenda. Teaming up with Supreme Commander Hairball, Sir Richard sets his sinister plans in motion, unleashing his menacing robots, Bangers and Mash, to challenge the Biker Mice like never before. Meanwhile, General Stoker discovers that the tetra-hydrocarbons on Earth are causing some surprising—and troublesome—side effects.
