Episode Overview

Following a caution from Earp, Marshal Fred White attempts to seize the gun from a heavily intoxicated Curly Bill Brocius. In the struggle, the weapon discharges, fatally injuring White. As a witness to the incident, Earp finds himself in the difficult position of having to shield Brocius from an angry mob intent on enacting their own justice.
