Having triumphed over the gang leaders from nearby schools, Ritsu basks in his newfound sense of power. His moment of glory is interrupted when his older brother, Mob, approaches him. Aware of Ritsu's long-standing desire for psychic abilities, Mob offers his congratulations, but Ritsu responds coldly. Meanwhile, an enigmatic figure lurks in the shadows, observing the siblings. In a swift move, he seizes Ritsu and attempts to pull him away. Mob, determined to rescue his brother, activates his psychic powers to confront the threat.
