Suzuki Toichiro, the leader of the Claw, locks himself inside the Seasoning City Culture Tower, announcing his intention to wage war on the world. He swiftly eliminates the police barricades, setting the stage for his next actions. Meanwhile, at the hideout, Reigen and his team are preparing their own counterattack. Former members of the 7th Division, alongside the Awakening Lab, head to the tower under Reigen's guidance. Sho and Ritsu also take action, determined to thwart Suzuki's ambitions.
