Thomas and Percy are thrilled about transporting a unique balloon for the hot-air balloon festival, but it’s securely wrapped. They’ve been told to wait until they reach their destination before taking a look. As they’re on their way, a section of the balloon slips out from under its covering and is whisked away by the breeze, taking Percy along with it.
