Treehouse Masters (2013)
S02E03 Black Bear Bungalow
Episode Overview
In the picturesque town of Farmington, Pennsylvania, two sisters who manage their family's inn challenge Pete to construct a treehouse for observing black bears on their expansive 1000-acre land. Initially apprehensive about working so close to these wild creatures, Pete channels his nerves into creativity. He designs his first mid-century decagon treehouse, featuring glass walls, expansive windows, a wrap-around deck, soaring cathedral ceilings, and an innovative closed-circuit bear-cam system, all perched over 20 feet high among three towering white oaks. Inside, he decorates with mission-style furnishings, a cozy roaring fireplace, and a custom oak bar.
