Amidst the vibrant sounds of spring, host Jesse Palmer draws from a Southern California music festival to set a challenge for the bakers: to create cupcake floral crowns adorned with desert succulents. Following that, the contestants bring a lively twist to their creations as they impress judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown, and Nancy Fuller with entremets inspired by the flavors of New Orleans snowballs.
