Episode Overview

Jesse Palmer, with a touch of magic, invites the five bakers to whip up a "floating island dessert," featuring their favorite tropical fruit as the centerpiece. This airy treat needs to be enveloped in a delicate, sparkling caramel net that seems to hover above the plate, allowing the bakers to showcase their creativity and pastry techniques. Next, the contestants blend ingredients from the Little Shop's Magical Elixir Bar to craft a cake bombe filled with ice cream, designed to glow in the dark.
