During team challenge week, the eight bakers pair up and head outside for some fun. Their first task is to whip up delicious hand-held snacks perfect for enjoying on a hike. Next, they hop on bikes to tackle a Paris-Brest wheel, collaborating with their partner to craft a beautifully decorated two-wheeled dessert, inspired by the scenic routes of a vineyard, canyon, city park, or country lane.
