Owen, Tommy, and the 126 spring into action when a medieval-themed eatery experiences a carbon monoxide leak. At the same time, the team is concerned about Paul, who still seems to be struggling mentally after his surgery, and his relationship with Marjan appears to have ended. Meanwhile, Mateo receives a promotion offer from his former fire captain, but he soon discovers that the man he once admired has changed significantly.
