As the new semester kicks off, Ned is determined to snag his first kiss from Suzie Crabgrass, a top priority on his list. To achieve this, he recruits Moze to help him separate Suzie from Loomer, believing that once they're apart, Suzie will be his. Simultaneously, Cookie returns to school sporting a trendy new style, which unexpectedly leads him to become a bully.
