Episode Overview

The chefs face an exciting surf-and-turf challenge inside a dome, where the victorious team gets to surf on a rooftop overlooking the Las Vegas skyline, while the losing team is tasked with preparing crabcakes for service. The competitors form pairs to sample dishes featuring both land and sea ingredients. The team that accurately identifies all the proteins in the shortest amount of time claims victory.
