Episode Overview

In the premiere challenge of the season, contestants are tasked with expertly filleting halibut into precise 6-ounce portions. Each team designates one member to take on the role of maitre d' for the dining service, managing the experience for guests. At the end of the episode, the pressure mounts as one chef will face elimination, leaving the competition even more intense as they strive to impress the judges and avoid being sent home.
