Chef Ramsay takes the remaining contestants on an exciting trip to New Jersey, where they will experience dining at the luxurious Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa. Among them, one chef will be chosen to manage a restaurant. Upon their return, the competitors are challenged to prepare their signature dish, showcasing the culinary creation they envision serving in their future restaurant if they emerge victorious.
