Hell's Kitchen (2005)

Episode Overview

In this episode, the 11 chefs left in the competition face the daunting task of crafting a complete three-course meal that doesn't exceed 700 calories. The team that emerges victorious will enjoy a day at the beach and receive volleyball tips from 2000 Olympian Annette Davis, while the losing team is assigned the arduous task of cleaning both kitchens. Tensions rise as one chef defiantly speaks out against Chef Ramsay, and another chef faces a medical emergency that requires a trip to the hospital's ER.
