Episode Overview
Chef Ramsay challenges the remaining ten contestants to choose the best leader from each team. The Blue Team selects Will, while the Red Team has difficulty making a decision. However, when they gather with Chef Ramsay the next day, they settle on Jennifer as their strongest player. In a classic "Hell's Kitchen" twist, Chef Ramsay asks both leaders to identify their weakest team members. Jennifer quickly names Carrie, while Will points to Tommy. Carrie and Will will now lead their teams in a challenge to create their takes on five comfort food classics: spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, burgers, Cobb salad, and chicken noodle soup. The Red Team, led by Carrie, faces dissent from the outspoken Elise, while the Blue Team struggles under Tommy's unclear direction. Jonathan attempts to follow Tommy’s pizza recipe but finds it hard to keep his leader focused. Despite the chaos, both teams manage to complete their dishes just in time.
