On a frigid winter night in 1984, a young woman named Traci Hammerberg is discovered brutally murdered on the edge of a country driveway in Wisconsin. That evening, she had been enjoying drinks and festivities with friends. The detectives have numerous leads and suspects at first, but the case quickly goes cold. Almost thirty years later, advances in forensic science from an unrelated incident unexpectedly provide the breakthrough needed to finally solve the mystery surrounding her tragic death.
