Episode Overview

Dave is set on throwing an engagement party for Ben and Melissa, a celebration he and Julie never had. However, his plans are interrupted when he learns that Chel has been making frequent visits to the hospital’s Renal Ward. Melissa suspects that Chel’s kidneys may be failing due to her long-term HIV medication. Dave confides in Julie about his willingness to undergo testing to become a potential donor. Melissa feels let down when her mother informs her that her father will miss the party due to a supposed important board meeting.
