When Buzz, a new hire, brings his rebellious son Jackson to the job site, Dave starts to worry that Buzz's kindness is being exploited. At the same time, Donna is horrified to discover that she and Emma have been manipulated by Craig. Although Donna tries to keep this revelation from Emma, she can't conceal the reality indefinitely, leading to an unavoidable clash that promises to be explosive.
