Bilko learns about a singing competition in Miami and, eager to escape the frigid temperatures, decides to enter the platoon. However, after hearing their lackluster performances, he places a bet on them to lose. Just as he’s making the wager, a new member of the platoon shows off a stunning singing voice, turning the odds on their head.
